As a Berthoud native, Bailey has deep roots in the community and a personal appreciation for services that support independence, dignity, and connection. Bailey’s community engagement began at Berthoud Elementary School where she worked as a Paraprofessional, supporting students and staff in a dynamic, people-centered environment. She later spent over two years in a managerial role at a facility serving adults with disabilities where she led her teams with compassion, accountability, and a strong focus on individualized support and client-based customer service. Most recently, Bailey worked as a manager at a local construction company developing strong organizational, problem-solving, and coordination skills. At RAFT, Bailey supports daily operations and volunteer coordination, helping ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently. She also tends to reports and record keeping to ensure data is accurate and up to date. She is known for her kindness, reliability, and thoughtful attention to detail, as well as her ability to balance operational demands with a people-first approach. Outside of work Bailey enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors with her husband and dogs (Oak and Doc the German Shorthaired Pointers), riding her horse (Lucy the Draft cross), and staying connected to the community she proudly calls home.
