Lee Rosen
is a software professional with a career spanning over three decades in the medical technology field, where he created solutions with speech recognition and artificial intelligence. Until 2024, he led teams at Microsoft, guiding the development of transformative tools that improved healthcare delivery and accessibility. Beyond his professional achievements, Lee has dedicated almost 20 years to service and personal development work. He contributed to post-hurricane infrastructure efforts in Haiti through a non-profit initiative called Haiti Works, and has facilitated growth and connection as a leadership trainer in men’s circles across the U.S. and Canada.Lee served as both coach and head coach for Landmark’s Self-Expression and Leadership Program, supporting participants in launching impactful community projects while learning leadership skills.
Currently, Lee is a certified breathwork facilitator, offering both group and individual sessions that integrate healing, reflection, and embodied transformation.
He lives in Berthoud, Colorado with his wife of 29 years, Deborah. Together, they’ve raised three adult children, Justin, Amanda, and Andrew, and continue to find ways to give back to the community.
